VTest for Schools: Revised Exams Launching September 2026

A core belief of VTest, is that language assessment should inspire confidence, support learning, and create meaningful opportunities for every learner. That is why we are thrilled to announce the launch of the revised VTest for Schools Ages 7–10 and 11–15 exams, available from September 2026.
Building on the strengths of the current VTest for Schools suite, the revised exams have been carefully redesigned to create an even more engaging testing experience for young learners, while providing teachers and schools with deeper insights into student progress and achievement.
Why are the Exams Changing?
Language learning is constantly evolving - and so it VTest.
To ensure VTest for Schools remains modern, motivating, and aligned with the needs of today’s learners, VTest regularly review exams, digital platforms, and support materials. The revised exams are the result of:

What’s New from September 2026?
Refreshed Exam Activities and Task Formats
The revised exams feature updated activities designed to be clearer, more engaging, and better suited to young learners. Several task types and the number of activities have been refined to improve the overall testing experience.
Enhanced Digital Testing Experience
The VTest platform has been upgraded to provide an even smoother, more intuitive, and user-friendly experience for candidates, schools, and test centers alike.
More Preparation and Teaching Support
Teachers and schools will gain access to updated preparation resources, teaching materials, and practical guidance to help learners feel confident and fully prepared for the revised exams.
Dedicated Support for Test Centers
Approved test centers will receive specialized support and guidance to ensure they can confidently prepare for and administer the revised exams.
Customizable Teacher Training
Through the VTest Teacher Academy, schools and partners will be able to access customizable teacher training programs designed to support both exam preparation and classroom use of VTest for Schools.

While the exams are evolving, the core principles behind VTest for Schools remain exactly the same.
